My experience with the sales staff and and financing people at Skyline were top-notch. They were respectful of my time and we were able to come to an agreement with a minimum of the issues typically as people at Skyline were top-notch. In addition, after purchasing the vehicle and getting it home, I realized that the keyless entry code for the vehicle was missing and that it was necessary to have in order to program that feature. My sales person handled it very professionally and the dealership provided me the service for obtaining the code free-of-charge. They understand the value of customer service and I recommend dealing with them. More

Jon worked with me all the way through the sale. No pressure. I told him what I wanted and expected from this purchase. He followed through. I added a special coat on the car, and he met me at the door for my service, walked me to the service dept to help check me in, and showed me where I would come for service appts in the future. I received a rental car and he again personally assisted me to that dept for the car. He has been very helpful in helping me learn all the new technology in my new Ford Fusion Hybrid 2013, and I have an appt to meet with him again next week to learn more about the navigation system. I absolutely love this new car, and I am very pleased with the service and courtesy I have been shown. I highly recommend Jon Myhre as a Sales consultant. He has been patient and attentive, which satisfied my expectations of the experience I wanted to have. This dealer is top notch in my opinion. I checked out Albany and Eugene, but chose Salem Skyline Ford. More

Almost immediately Korey responded to my email on an eprice for a car i was interested in. He arranged to have another vehicle, the one i ended up buying, brought from another lot so that was nice. The day we purchased our 2008 Toyota Matrix, the salesman and finance manager were very helpful in finding the most reasonable financing rates. We will feel free to recommend Skyline Ford but we are in pursuit pf finding a protective decal for the back bumper.as described by the salesman. We have found that Toyota does not carry such a protective decal. We will need to ask the salesman where we can obtain the protective decal and go from there. More

The Escape Jeff brought over for me was just what I had been looking for. I had my financing through a credit union prearranged, but work with Chris Wagner to finalize the details. Two days later the credit union said they had quoted me a new car loan rate and would need to change my loan rate. Chris went to bat for me and worked directly with the credit union to make sure my finance went through at the original rate. I will go back to Skyline when it's time for another vehicle. More

This is our 5th new vehicle purchase from a dealer and it was by far the most enjoyable. We purchased through the Costco program and both Norm and Octavio were very helpful. I wasn't pushed on having to buy a ton of aftermarket stuff/warranties for my car which was very refreshing...in fact, this is why I would/will purchase from them again anytime and would highly recommend anyone to talk to either of these guys.
