WHERE DO I START. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! THE CUSTOMERSEVICE AS FAR AS GETTING ME IN AND ON TIME WAS AVERAGE. THE QUALITY OF WORK SUCKS. THIS DEALERSHIP DID NOTHING BUT TRY AND RIP ME OFF!. F THE CUSTOMERSEVICE AS FAR AS GETTING ME IN AND ON TIME WAS AVERAGE. THE QUALITY OF WORK SUCKS. THIS DEALERSHIP DID NOTHING BUT TRY AND RIP ME OFF!. FIRST OFF SAYING I NEED NEW BALL JOINTS. IMMEDIATELY TOOK TRUCK TO LES SCHWAB AND THEY SAID I DON'T NEED BALL JOINTS ALSO SAID I WAS THE THIRD PERSON TO STOP BY SAYING THEY CAME FROM SKYLINE FORD NEEDING BALL JOINTS WHEN THEY DID NOT NEED THEM REPLACED. SECOND SAID I HAD A REAR MAIN SEAL LEAK WHEN I TOOK IT TO LANDMARK FORD WHO SAID IT WASN'T A MAIN SEAL LEAK AND IT WAS A BEDPLATE LEAK TYPICAL OF MY VEHICLE AND DUE TO THE LEAK BEING SO SMALL NOT EVEN WORTH SPENDING THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IT COSTS TO FIX IT. THIRD AFTER CHANGING THE OIL; THE SKYLINE MECHANIC DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE DRAIN PLUG AFTER PUTTING IT BACK IN. BECAUSE IF HE DID THE MECHANIC WOULD HAD NOTICED THE PLUG WASN'T IN RIGHT BECAUSE WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED OIL LEAKING ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY. BY THIS TIME THE SKYLINE DEALERSHIP WAS CLOSED SO I DROVE MY VEHICLE TO LANDMARK FORD ALL THE WAY IN TIGARD. LANDMARK REPLACED MY DRAIN PLUG FOR FREE AND I DIDN'T LOOSE ANY MORE OIL WHEN THEY DID IT. SKYLINE'S A RIP OFF ON THEIR PRICES COMPARED TO OTHER FORD DEALERSHIPS. FOR EXAMPLE I WENT TO THE SKYLINE FORD IN KEIZER (BEFORE THE SOUTH SALEM ONE) WANTING TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO RETRIEVE MY DOOR CODE FROM THE FACTORY AND THEY SAID $60.00. LANDMARK FORD QUOTED ME $35.00. SKYLINE COSTS MORE FOR CETANE BOOSTER TOO! THEY WERE FRIENDLY BUT, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE COST OF THE REAR MAIN SEAL MR. ZAPIEN WOULDN'T ANSWER ME AND REALLY WANTED THOSE BALL JOINTS FIXED. THEY MUST WORK ON COMMISSION. I WILL DRIVE TO TIGARD LANDMARK FORD FOR ALL MY SERVICE. SKYLINE IS HORRIBLE. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS ALL THEY WERE TRYING TO DO WAS GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF ME AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO YOU SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. GO TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP. WE FELT COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED WITH THE CARE AND UNDERSTANDING THEY GAVE DOING BUSINESS WITH SKYLINE FORD WE FOUND WE WERE RECEIVED WITH DIGNITY. WE FELT COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED WITH THE CARE AND UNDERSTANDING THEY GAVE US. THE TWO MEN WE DID BUSINESS WITH WERE VERY CORDIAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WITH GREAT KNOWLEDGE.
