He answered all the questions that we asked and what he couldn't answer himself he found the answer(s) from someone who had them. We give Karim Ibrahim 5 stars or an A+! Marc Merzenich (finance dept.) was also very helpful and efficient. Between the two of them they hurried the process of buying the car we wanted along so we could meet with our prior obligation in a timely manner. Marc Merzenich gets an A as well. Skyline Ford should be proud to have such good people representing their business. More
This is the worst dealership. It's to bad the owners (Donofrio) are such crooks. I went to look for a reliable used vehicle with my grandfather. We were greeted by eager salesmen who were extremely pushy. At some point I was talked into a 2003 Lincoln 's (one of many mistakes). When I asked about scheduling a time to have the car inspected by our mechanic at AJ's, my grandfather and I were told that the head mechanic for An's also worked for them and he looked over each car. After taking it into An's they confirmed my suspicions that Ford had lied to us. Long story short the car was a lemon. The DAY after I bought it the radiator blew out on me, to which of course, their response was tough luck. The list continues down from there for the next year. I was out a total of 16,000 dollars! I finally was able to find a wonderful car at Honda of Salem and now own a great pilot! The staff there was wonderful and gave me zero grief about having my mechanic look it over. They were extremely professional. Please take my advice and stay far away from Skyline Ford!!! More
I wrote a review yesterday about the bad experience I had with the service department at skyline ford. I was pleasantly surprised when Dan "Wally" called me this morning and express his sincere concern about with the service department at skyline ford. I was pleasantly surprised when Dan "Wally" called me this morning and express his sincere concern about making things right for me. The sales department at skyline made up for my bad experience yesterday and reimbursed me for what I had to pay for technician's time. I appreciate them reaching to me and making it right! I got reimbursed for what I paid servicing the key of my 2013 ford focus less than 24 hours later! I will definitely buy my future cars from skyline Ford, the people at the sales department and management made things right! Thank you for recognizing when a mistake has been made and for listening to my concerns! If you buy a car, go to Wally! I highly recommend him! I definitely see an Escape in the future, and Wally will be our salesman. More
This is our first Purchase that we have made with Skyline Ford, and, we were pleasantly surprised how friendly and knowledgeable our salesman Dan Waldron, was. He had answers to all our questions, and, helpe Ford, and, we were pleasantly surprised how friendly and knowledgeable our salesman Dan Waldron, was. He had answers to all our questions, and, helped us to find the right vehicle for us. There was no pressure to buy. Dan had patience with our questions and helped us "Try-on" the vehicles we wanted to with out pushing us into any specific vehicle. I felt as though what mattered to Dan was making sure we found the right vehicle, and, that we knew how all the features worked. Dan patiently listened to our questions and even Sync'd my wife's iPhone to our new car (2014 Ford Fusion Tuxedo Black). He even showed her how to play the music on her iPhone through the car stereo through the Bluetooth wireless connection. I know that we could have figured out how to do these things going through the owners manual, but, having Dan get this set up made us feel comfortable with our new car, as though we had owned it for quite some time. I wish to also say that the experience with the Finance Manager Marc Merzenich was great. We purchased a few additional items with our vehicle Extended warranty, etc... and there was no pressure to purchase these items. He offered us options and explained what the benefits would be to us, and let us make our own decision with out any coercion. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a new car that you ask for Dan "Wally" Waldron, you will be happy you did, we are very happy he was our salesman. I know that if I have any questions or concerns, Dan, will follow through to make sure we are well taken care of. More
I was NOT looking forward to the whole car shopping experience, but Dan and the team at Skyline Ford alleviated my anxiety. My saleman, Dan "Wally" Waldron was a very nice, laid back guy and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I detest high powered sales people, but Wally was anything but. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the product, but did not try to sell me me things that I didn't need or want. I will be looking forward to coming to his tutorial classes on how to work my car options cuz I hate reading manuals!!! I would also like to give a shout out to Mark, the Finance Mgr. He was very kind to me while I was "signing my life away" which put me at ease. Thanks guys for the pleasurable experience (I LOVE MY ESCAPE) and I'll bring a batch of chocolate chip cookies for you on my next visit. : ) More

Dave Coolidge was a great salesperson to work with. I showed up without an appointment and he was very accommodating even though he was finishing up with another customer. I didn't feel pressured to buy my car and because of the very very good price I was offered, I ended up buying the vehicle, even though I wasn't particularly in the market to make a purchase that day. Working with Sage on the financing side was also fantastic. He worked some magic and got us an amazing rate that was better than what our own credit union could offer us. I would highly recommend Skyline Ford, Dave and Sage. We will definitely go back when it's time to buy another car. More

I wandered in to Skyline Ford in Salem over a month ago because I saw a Jeep. I have been looking for a Jeep for approximately 9 months and could not find one that fit my needs. The one I looked at that because I saw a Jeep. I have been looking for a Jeep for approximately 9 months and could not find one that fit my needs. The one I looked at that day also was not particularly what I was looking for. I was approached by Karim, who was very friendly and personable. I was pleased with the way I was treated and I appreciated that he did not attempt to try and 'coach' me into a different vehicle. He asked me what I was looking for in particular, jotted down some notes and took my information so he could contact me when something that fit the description came available. As of today, I now own that Jeep that I was looking for and truly appreciate Karim taking the time to meet my picky needs. I absolutely will purchase from Karim again and plan on encouraging my friends to go to him when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
