These guys were friendly and helpful, and were definitely not pushy like some other dealerships where they try to apply pressure to make a sale. They seemed interested in working with us. the sales part of was great, but when I started having problems with the vehicle the ran a diagnostic on it and told me that for further diagnostic I have to take it to a GMC dealership and that the sales problems with the vehicle the ran a diagnostic on it and told me that for further diagnostic I have to take it to a GMC dealership and that the salesman would get back to me on that.2 weeks later the vehicle is broke down and no one want to take care of it. It isn't their problem because it was purchased as is and the salesmen didn't add the extended warranty as I had requested. I had to walk part of the way home from Salem to Independence when the vehicle broke down. However they will do a free check to see what is wrong with it if I can get it towed to them. At this point I am still waiting for a call to see what is wrong. The battery is only 2 1/2 years old. More
Phil was a ray of sunshine on a typical rainy day in the Willamette Valley. Very knowledge and quick to point out features of interest. Phil took the time to not only make me comfortable with the choices of Willamette Valley. Very knowledge and quick to point out features of interest. Phil took the time to not only make me comfortable with the choices of potential vechiles but also with the experience I could and have experienced with the dealership since the future. I have already recommended to a few close friends the quality of the Keizer dealership and the staff that I have interfaced with. More

My experience with Jack was great. I've bought a lot of new vehicles over the years and do all my shopping via Internet and don't really like most dealership experiences. Working with Jack was short and t new vehicles over the years and do all my shopping via Internet and don't really like most dealership experiences. Working with Jack was short and to the point just how I like it. Jack responded to emails quickly which was also appreciated. I was glad to purchase the truck locally as well. More
I saw the truck online and was very interested. I emailed the dealership and was contacted by Jeff White. I thought he did a good job of describing the truck and working with us. A price was decided emailed the dealership and was contacted by Jeff White. I thought he did a good job of describing the truck and working with us. A price was decided according to Jeff's description. My wife and I bought plane tickets and made arrangements to come pick up the truck and pay for it after inspecting it ourselves. We flew out and made it to the dealership. Jeff came out to meat us and was a very nice guy. We test drove the truck, and discovered the truck's front tires were shot, the incorrect size, and did not match the back tires. The back tires where also the incorrect size. The truck also had paint repairs done that were very obvious and not "cleanly" done. Looked like a cheap fix to sell the truck quickly. I talked with Jeff and said that we would still take the truck for the same price if the dealership would install all new matching tires. It took the management staff over an hour to make any decision about new tires and they came back with a poor offer (not even worth one tire replacement). We did not feel the offer was reasonable and it took the management staff another 45 minuets to come back with a counter offer. We finally took it because we where sick of being at the dealership (4 hours at this point). By the time we signed papers and left we had been at the dealership for 5 hours. We where happy with Jeff (salesman) and Mark (the finance guy), but extremely disappointed in the treatment of management staff. We felt as though our time, communication, and knowledge of vehicles were undervalued. We were treated as a number and not a customer by the management. Sincerely, Brian Oordt More

Let's not be moronically naive. A good customer is well prepared BEFORE he (or she) hits the showroom floor of any dealership in American. He knows well ahead of time the approximate value of his trade-ins prepared BEFORE he (or she) hits the showroom floor of any dealership in American. He knows well ahead of time the approximate value of his trade-ins. He knows how much cash he is willing to give. He knows how much payment he is willing to settle on, ect. ect. Having said that, I was pretty damn prepared save for one thing. I'm too much of a chicken to check my own credit score so I figured a 8% interest rate on 6 years. Guess what, my sales manager at Skyline popped me a 2.74%. Holy Moses, I jumped for joy. Was it just luck or a skillful manager? I choose a little of both, but having said that, gone are the days of greasy haired lap-dog sales people at dealerships, or at least at Skyline in Salem, Oregon. These are family guys, guys you can talk to, relate to and most importantly, even though the prices are set on these vehicles, they don't think you're made of money or my favorite, berate you about your credit score. Mine was not the best, but at the last dealership (not Ford) I was talked down to and made to feel like a loser that only THEY could help. That was such bullcrap, but back then I had to put up with it. Phil, my sales guy at Skyline was fun, just plain fun and that made an important purchase fun, the most I had in literal decades. It doesn't hurt the Ford is the best domestic in N. America as well. Long story short, I would recommend Skyline to ANYONE on the freaking West Coast (Mountain West as well), they are that good and there are like 10 other Ford dealerships just north a few miles. Wordy, aren't I? That should tell you something. Ciao! More
