Either they were very busy, which there was nearly no one there at the time, or they're very slow with the paperwork. We waited almost 3 hours after signing the deal before we were able to finalize the paperwork and go home. The car, on the other hand, was another story. We noticed stains on the interior of the roof and asked if there had been any sign of leaking. They said no, none that they're aware of. There were also stains on floor that looked like the dash was leaking and a mildew smell throughout the car, which we were told is from the carpet being cleaned and not drying quick enough. Both of these statements from the dealership were lies. They had been in possession of this vehicle for 7 months so should have been well aware of the leaks throughout the car. Luckily the leaks were fixable and the smell went away after if had time to dry properly. Third but not least, we bought our car during a promotional period in which we should have received a MasterCard gift card. 2 months later we have yet to see this gift card. Overall the customer service was great. The car... not worth full price! More

Part of my decision was based on Jeff and his friendly and professional service. The other dealer was the usual car dealer, very pushy and was stunned when I actually left the dealership to test drive another car. Not Jeff! I told them both from the start I was not going to buy a car that day but was test driving, and did just that, but Jeff was great and understood that from the get go, and allowed me to leave with out the usual pressure to buy right way. The very next day I came back and bought the car at Skyline and would recommend them to everyone I know! Great service great people! More

Most integrety and commitment to customer I have seen I recently bought a used truck at the Keizer store. I took it to a shop and it ended up costing almost 3000 dollars to fix. I worked with Leon who had BJ's blessing and they covered nearly all the cost of the repair. Jeff is the epitome of a "no pressure" salesman, and I truly appreciate that. I purchased my car at night and had to drive home 25 miles in the rain. Jeff called me the next day to find out how my trip went in a new car I was unfamiliar with. Awesome customer service! Sure, there are plenty of car dealers much closer to my home, but my fantastic experience with Skyline Ford made the drive to Salem worth every mile.
