Almost immediately Korey responded to my email on an eprice for a car i was interested in. He arranged to have another vehicle, the one i ended up buying, brought from another lot so that was nice. Glad eprice for a car i was interested in. He arranged to have another vehicle, the one i ended up buying, brought from another lot so that was nice. Glad i didnt have to drive over to it. Between Korey, Walt and Mark, i feel i got the best deal for my money and their time. Walt, a manager, was not going to let me go without this car and was willing to help out and get me close to where i wanted to be. Mark is great at what he does and had lots of options for me. Thanks guys! More

The day we purchased our 2008 Toyota Matrix, the salesman and finance manager were very helpful in finding the most reasonable financing rates. They are very friendly and we appreciated the way we were trea and finance manager were very helpful in finding the most reasonable financing rates. They are very friendly and we appreciated the way we were treated that day. We will feel free to recommend Skyline Ford but we are in pursuit pf finding a protective decal for the back bumper.as described by the salesman. We have found that Toyota does not carry such a protective decal. We will need to ask the salesman where we can obtain the protective decal and go from there. More
I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape at Skyline Ford. Jeff White was very helpful and really listened to what I wanted. He brought an Escape from another lot and stayed late to show me the vehicle. The Escape White was very helpful and really listened to what I wanted. He brought an Escape from another lot and stayed late to show me the vehicle. The Escape Jeff brought over for me was just what I had been looking for. I had my financing through a credit union prearranged, but work with Chris Wagner to finalize the details. Two days later the credit union said they had quoted me a new car loan rate and would need to change my loan rate. Chris went to bat for me and worked directly with the credit union to make sure my finance went through at the original rate. I will go back to Skyline when it's time for another vehicle. More
This is our 5th new vehicle purchase from a dealer and it was by far the most enjoyable. We purchased through the Costco program and both Norm and Octavio were very helpful. They gave us fair price on trade was by far the most enjoyable. We purchased through the Costco program and both Norm and Octavio were very helpful. They gave us fair price on trade in and got us the best deal and rebate scheme they could. They were friendly, humble, and not pushy. I wasn't pushed on having to buy a ton of aftermarket stuff/warranties for my car which was very refreshing...in fact, this is why I would/will purchase from them again anytime and would highly recommend anyone to talk to either of these guys. Our truck buying experience at Keizeer Skyline Ford was outstanding. Excellent selection of trucks, and dealing with Sage was as easy as buying a car could be. No back and forth, just straight forward pric outstanding. Excellent selection of trucks, and dealing with Sage was as easy as buying a car could be. This is the second new vehicle that we have purchased from Sage in the last 4 months. We cannot express how much we enjoyed both experiences. Typically buying a new vehicle is a dreadful experience. from Sage in the last 4 months. We cannot express how much we enjoyed both experiences. Typically buying a new vehicle is a dreadful experience. The fact that we dealt with Sage from beginning to end and there was not any BS was the best part. We told him what we were looking for and the price we were looking to pay. He found exactly what we were looking for (from another dealer-dealer swap) and got the exact vehicle we were looking for, for less than we were expecting to pay. The paperwork with Chad was a very quick and painless event. Both Sage and Chad new the products that they were representing and had a thorough knowledge of the vehicles. Over all we would give our experience an 11 out of 10. We were and are VERY happy. We have told anyone that we know who is in the market for a new vehicle that Sage is "the man", and sent them his way. Already one good friend has purchased a vehicle from him and they have told us there experience was very much the same as ours. Skyline Ford, Sage, and Chad are men among boys in the car sales business. We definitely will continue to recommend them and will return when we are in the market for a new vehicle. More
I had to wait for a car to be delivered. Our sales rep, Jeff White, kept me up to date on the delivery status. On the day of the transaction, he was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. Jeff Jeff White, kept me up to date on the delivery status. On the day of the transaction, he was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. Jeff is also a pleasant guy. Unfortunately, Skyline follows the "old style" of car sales - burdening the sales transaction with the heavy hand of unseen, unnamed non-present redundant dealership bureaucrats. For example, Kelly Blue Book lists the trade-in value of my old car from $9,500 to $11,600. Skyline offered $8,500. I explained the Kelley information to Jeff. He returned from a meeting with the non-present dealership bureaucrat to say Skyline would offer $8,680. I suggested $9,000 or $500 less than the low number in the Blue Book. Jeff said he had no latitude - the unseen, unnamed and non-present dealership bureaucrat had hard-lined the offer. While Jeff White did a good job as a sales rep, Skyline bungled the sales experience for a "soft" $320. My impression of Skyline went from great to ... meh. Further, the experience revealed even a good sales rep has no effective control of the transaction and the customer is forced to contend with people who are not at the table. Knowing this, why would I ever go back to see Jeff White (even though he did well)? Here's a suggestion Skyline. Fire your unseen unnamed non-present dealership bureaucrats and empower your good sales reps like Jeff White to complete the transaction. Use the money you save by eliminating redundant/obstructive staff to train your Jeff White type assets on the sales floor and trust them to make good business decisions. More
