Fantastic customer service We went down to the dealership, when they were about to close for the night, to purchase a 2011 Mazda 3. Come to find out that it didn't have A/C. D We went down to the dealership, when they were about to close for the night, to purchase a 2011 Mazda 3. Come to find out that it didn't have A/C. Dan the salesman found another Mazda 3 with A/C that we ended up purchasing for less money. Dan, Octavio, Marc and Keith all stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to seal the deal. I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to work with. After so many discouraging conversations with other dealerships it was refreshing to walk into this dealership with such nice friendly people. More

Booya!!! They did it again I have worked with one car dealership, Skyline Ford and one dealer Jeff White, he sold me into my Subaru, then into my Jeep Patriot but he left the co I have worked with one car dealership, Skyline Ford and one dealer Jeff White, he sold me into my Subaru, then into my Jeep Patriot but he left the company for awhile and even though I was considering a trade up I did not want to work with anyone else. Recently Jeff came back and contacted me about a used car deal, excellent condition, excellent price, we made plans for me too see it but before I could another dealer took a down payment on it and It was no longer available. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for I went through the Costco Auto Discount program and was directed to Skyline and Don Frederickson. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in either a '13 or '14 car. Looking through your websites I narrowed my choice to this '14 Fusion SE and it came down to what kind of discount I could receive. It was great working with Don. He and the rest of the team there made this a wonderful buying experience. It hasn't always been that way for me in past car/truck purchases. In the last 30 years, I have now purchased two cars from Skyline and would definitely recommend them. More

I told Korey Miller what I was looking for and immediately was shown what they had. Korey was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I felt he was trustworthy, and on my side even though he worked for Skyline Ford. Korey made it possible for me to buy the car I wanted. I'm not easily won over. I would buy again from Korey. He is currently teaching me how to operate all the bells and whistles because I am way in over my head. He makes me feel confident that I can do it. I'm still happy three days later. Francisco was Fantastic Last Sunday, I Purchased my new C-Max from Francisco at skyline Ford. I strolled in 15 minutes before closing with my 2 year old son who was exhausted Last Sunday, I Purchased my new C-Max from Francisco at skyline Ford. I strolled in 15 minutes before closing with my 2 year old son who was exhausted after a full 2 days of car shopping. After helping me find the right C-max, we did all of the paperwork in their waiting room which is set up great for kids. Francisco even played with my son as I signed.
