Purchasing a Car When I first began looking for a car, we had driven by Skyline and saw the Fusions they had in stock. Hispanic I believe. Then about a month later I returned to begin looking at purchasing a car. Korey Miller approached us and he too was a very pleasant and honest person. I was dreading the battle of the back and forth to purchase the car, but, they let me drive it home to show my son and then they worked the next day with me to make the deal as close to my goals as possible. Korey even came in on his day off to assist with the sale. I have recommended Korey Miller to many of my friends. He is an outstanding young man that doesn't play games. He is very nice to work with and I will definitely come back for my next car to Skyline Ford and Korey! About a week after purchasing the car, I received a very nice call from the customer service dept. She too was very nice and pleasant. Nice group to work with! More

Garrett helped my wife and I look and compare and test drive and we enjoyed his product knowledge and helpfulness. The color of truck we came to look at wasn't what we wanted after seeing in person. Garrett took the time to find out what we really wanted in a truck and then went to locate it for us. Of course we wanted more options than we wanted to pay for. Where my experience went south was when we began to work with financing. I was asked how much per month I wanted to pay. Then quoted $100 more than that. When I asked what interest % that quote was based on, I got the run-around: "...this is what we figured out but your payment will most likely be less than that..." OK, but what % is this based on? Again, I the finance person & the Octavio the manager avoided answering my question & continued to say: "Your payment will likely be less, maybe even far less. . ." Seriously ? you can't tell me what interest % you are basing your quote on??? How unprofessional is that & what is the logic? and at that point I knew I was being given the runaround. By this time I had spent THREE HOURS with them. I apologized to Jeremy for losing my business and I left. Within minutes Jeremy called me apologizing for the runaround I received and gave me 2 realistic quotes based upon local credit union %'s that were available & explained final approval would have to wait until my credit rating was ran. OK then, this was acceptable. I returned the next day & purchased a vehicle, ONLY because I wanted to work with Jeremy & give him our commission. I would purchase another vehicle from Jeremy (if he works elsewhere because he appeared to be the ONLY honest & motivated person at Skyline Ford. I will not return to Skyline on Commercial to purchase another vehicle, unless I hear from someone they have changed the way they treat customers. More
