I was able to negotiate everything over the phone with zero pressure and when it came time to trade in my car and drive away with the new (for us) truck, it took less than two hours. Best Experience Ever Buying a Car I was in the market for a specific car, and was looking at a few in the area when a new one came up at Skyline. I emailed and got Garrett to send me s I was in the market for a specific car, and was looking at a few in the area when a new one came up at Skyline. I emailed and got Garrett to send me some pictures the same day it was listed, and made an appointment to drive it. Garrett was super friendly and easy to talk to, he didn't bother to pressure me, and was very courteous with my family while we checked the car out. When it came time to seal the deal everyone was very up front about costs and financing, and he and Walt stayed late to get the deal done, and even had an extra set of keys delivered to my office. I've never felt good about buying from a dealership before, but this was great, I'm definitely a fan. More

Being able to fill out an application on Sunday and pick up your car on Wednesday and not sit around and wait was awesome!!! Of course it took some hard work by somebody! Phil McColly and Octavio Hernandez were awesome. They were friendly, courteous, polite, and were very knowledgeable about the Ford Product. In 21 years my wife and I have probably encountered hundreds of car salesman, buying at least 24 new and pre-owned vehicles....We have never ever encountered a car sale like this. It was an experience we will not soon forget and would highly recommend!! More
