Amazing I purchased a truck from Jeff White, He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle(not a ford) and super easy to deal with. Was just looking. My husband and I were just starting to look for a vehicle to replace his 2011 Dodge Durango. The car he has absolutely loved and drooled over the past My husband and I were just starting to look for a vehicle to replace his 2011 Dodge Durango. The car he has absolutely loved and drooled over the past 9+ years is the Chrysler 300. We had already test driven one before stopping at Skyline Ford in Salem to see what kind of car might be slightly comparable. What we found was a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO that literally knocked out socks off! We were going to go home and sleep on it before making a decision, but we were given an offer we couldn't refuse, so signed papers that night after the showroom had closed. Wow! Outstanding customer service from everyone that helped with the sale from Jeff White all the way to the guy that detailed it before we left that night. Purchasing a Car When I first began looking for a car, we had driven by Skyline and saw the Fusions they had in stock. Hispanic I believe. Then about a month later I returned to begin looking at purchasing a car. Korey Miller approached us and he too was a very pleasant and honest person. I was dreading the battle of the back and forth to purchase the car, but, they let me drive it home to show my son and then they worked the next day with me to make the deal as close to my goals as possible. Korey even came in on his day off to assist with the sale. I have recommended Korey Miller to many of my friends. He is an outstanding young man that doesn't play games. He is very nice to work with and I will definitely come back for my next car to Skyline Ford and Korey! About a week after purchasing the car, I received a very nice call from the customer service dept. She too was very nice and pleasant. Nice group to work with! More
