I was told the truck I was looking at would be ready when I got there, but when I got there it wasn't was told it was on it's way from Keizer lot. 30 mins or more later the wrong truck arrived. After Jack did some checking, he found out the truck I was interested was sold. Frustrating, but Jack had a similar model on the lot which we were able to come to an agreement and after too long time for my taste got the keys and were able to leave with the truck. Wally spent (if I remember correctly) 4.5 hours with us, even stayed past his shift ending to ensure that everything was right and official and that I was driving off happily in my new car. Even before that, when I was weighing all the options and trying to decide on what I wanted in a car, he gave me ample time to think it over and talk with my dad privately. I never felt pressured, Wally gave me the facts about the car I bought, set realistic terms in front of me and listed various options so I could decide on what would be best. They even threw in 3 oil changes for me, which I really appreciate. I will also add that earlier last year, after I hit a deer with my previous car, the collision and repair department exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be buying my cars from Skyline from now on. Go find Wally, he's the best! If you get to spend as much time as I did with him, you'll come to know his hilarious nickname (ask him when you meet him!). More

It was a good experience back then so when we decided to get another vehicle and could not find something suitable in our local area, we checked the website. My husband found two vehicles he was interested in. Jon answered all his questions and texted us his phone number so we could contact him in case we decided to drive to Salem to see the vehicle. Long story short, we drove from Klamath Falls to Salem that afternoon. We texted Jon we were coming and he had the truck waiting for us when we arrived. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. and we were done and in our hotel by 10 p.m. Jon was supposed to go home at 8 p.m. but he stayed and took care of us and so did Juan. Jon and Juan made the purchase process easy. We got a good deal on our trade-in too. Our truck didn't come with the cargo cover so the next day we went back to see if we could buy one before we went home. They didn't have one in stock so Jon arranged for us to get one from a new vehicle so we didn't have to come back again or have it shipped. We really appreciated it. We will go back to Skyline again. More
