Very good If you like no pressure like I do, this is a good choice. I hate being felt like I'm being 'sold' everything on a car. At some point, a car is a car, If you like no pressure like I do, this is a good choice. I hate being felt like I'm being 'sold' everything on a car. At some point, a car is a car, and I know what I'm looking for and what I want. Needed a truck, just needed to fine tune exactly what I was after and what the cost vs return was on new vs used. Jeremy showed me whatever I wanted to see and when I left the first time without buying, he didn't try and push me into the purchase. When I did go in and buy, the paperwork guy (sorry, don't remember his name), was the best I've had. Normally, it's like a second salesman, and while he did offer the extended warranty, he was no pressure (unlike many I've hassled with in the past-- that room is on the level of a dentist's office in most cases). Overall, a pretty good experience. More

Francisco Arias was a blessing. I had not bought a new car in almost two decades. I live a on the coast and the whole thing was done by telephone. When my 2016 all electric Ford Focus arrived Francisco called to tell me he was standing right beside it, can't tell you how reassuring that was. He helped me explore my new adventure in transportation and got me off for the 81 mile trip home with all the information I needed to find a charging station along the way and get my "butterfly's" topped up. In and out fast! There is nothing that I hate worse than picking out a new car or truck and then the closer takes 4 hours offering you junk that you don't want.
