I came to Skyline Ford a year ago and talked to Jeff about buying a new F-150 Ecoboost. At the time, I decided not to because of finances. I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 Ecoboost from Jeff and am extremely satisfied with his patience and service. Octavio Hernandez was just as thorough in setting up our contract and explaining the various service options. The shop did a very good job of installing a new bed liner in our truck and answering questions. We were not looking forward to the used vehicle buying experience mindful of some of the stories we had heard. But we were greeted and helped by Ron Parrish who was polite, knowledgable, and attentive but not pushy . We had done our research and knew what we were willing to pay and with minimal haggling we were able to arrive at a price. We appreciated the no pressure approach of both Ron and Octavio and how quickly and efficiently the transaction was conducted. We would not hesitate to recommend Skyline Ford to others. More

Walt & John were both good to work with. Their sales tactic is a little "high pressure" for me, which is the reason for a rating of Good as opposed to Great. I was honest that the other vehicle that I was going to look at had a lot more miles than the vehicle at Skyline. I think that they should have had confidence in the vehicle that I was looking at, and the service that they had provided thus far, to know that we would likely return. The pressure was enough that we nearly left without purchasing, even though I loved the vehicle and knew that we were going to be able to negotiate a fair price. More
