He made us feel at home, no high pressure sales pitches, etc. We purchased a new Ford Expedition from Jeff White. He knows car/trucks extremely well. He made us feel at home, no high pressure sales pitches, etc... I eventually told him that he comes across as honest, fair and trustworthy guy. Our intention was not to buy a car that day. We test drove the vehicle. Jeff was very knowledgeable about all the vehicle details. He worked to get us the highest value for our trade in and also a great financing deal with several options. We bought the car and do not regret anything. We feel good. The entire process was fast. When we were ready to go, they gassed and cleaned it up. Jeff synced the hands free device and went through all the vehicle details as well as the warranty info. It would have taken days to learn all these new high tech capabilities Ford has but Jeff simplified it all. In finance, Juan Campa walked us through the paperwork, warranty and incentives, pain free. He is a very experienced guy as well and makes you feel comfortable. I am sold on Ford, Skyline Ford. Next car will be a Ford F150 most likely and I will buy it from Skyline Ford and Jeff White..........................Thanks Jeff! More

New 2015 F-150 Originally, was dealing with online staff (Vee) thru e-mail. Came in and met her but was handed off to Jack Clevenger. I was told the truck I was looking at would be ready when I got there, but when I got there it wasn't was told it was on it's way from Keizer lot. 30 mins or more later the wrong truck arrived. After Jack did some checking, he found out the truck I was interested was sold. Frustrating, but Jack had a similar model on the lot which we were able to come to an agreement and after too long time for my taste got the keys and were able to leave with the truck.
