Straight forward and Honest I bought a 2008 Ford F-150 from Skyline. Jon was our sales man and he was knowledgeable and looked up information he didn't know. The truck was very I bought a 2008 Ford F-150 from Skyline. Jon was our sales man and he was knowledgeable and looked up information he didn't know. The truck was very clean and in great condition. We discussed dealer trade options but could agree on a trade value. Skyline was respectful but didn't try to pressure us to buy at any time. I was able to sell my cars to a private party and then came back to Skyline a few days later. We were able to agree on a price and financing deal that worked for me and I now have the truck I had been looking for. Skyline had it ready with all of the paper work ready to sign, so it took less than 20 minutes to complete the deal. There was no pressure to sign an extended service agreement. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and satisfied with the deal. I will definitely look at Skyline Ford in the future when by my next truck, which hopefully wont be for 15 years or more. More

After roaming the lot looking at cars and no one coming out, we went inside to find a salesman. There was no one in the building, we waited and waited and then called and told all employees were in a meeting and someone would be out at some point. We were there a total of 40 mins with no help so we looked up Skyline Ford. We found they had new cars that were less expensive then the used Ones we were looking at. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Korey at the sidewalk. He was so polite and calm and asked us if we wanted to look around or if we had something in mind. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and personal. He never once made us feel pressured or pushed, he clearly had our best interests at heart. The entire process was smooth and easy,best experience buying a car. Marc was extremely helpful and friendly and was looking out for our best financial interest and helped us save money by explaining each of our options. He made sure we got exactly what we needed instead of paying for things we didn't. All around it was an amazing experience that I will share with everyone. More

Jeff was not only extremely knowledgeable, but just as important was very personable and laid back when going through the process. I never felt like we were being pressured in anyway, which was great because buying a new or used car from certain dealerships can be VERY stressful and aggravating. But Jeff (and the finance guy too) helped the process run smoothly. I also truly appreciated the follow up calls, from both Jeff and a customer service rep, asking if everything was going ok with the car, if we had any questions or concerns, etc. All in all a very professional, pleasant experience. When our truck broke down 7 short months later (unrelated to the engine replacement) I called Skyline and was transferred to Octavio. It was a Sunday and I was in North Plains. There was "nothing" he could do to help me. He was friendly, offered suggestions, called his off duty service manager and gave me advice. I almost felt like if he could have, he would have come and towed my truck himself. He did some digging around, called me back gave me all the information I might need and even provided me with his service managers personal Cell number in case I have any other questions. All in all, I got my truck down to Skyline and it is being taken care of. Thank you Octavio for your help! More

I was on the way to purchase a truck from another ford dealer up north, check book in hand.They had limited colors but i had agreed to one they had at their dealership. I thought I was getting a good deal. Jeff walked out at skyline and I told him I was good did not need his assistance. I told him I was buying from some other dealer and was just looking at the different colors they had in stock at Skyline. Jeff started to ask me a few questions about the truck I was interested in and then proceeded to inquire why I was going up north when he and the Skyline ford team could take care of my business and truck needs with better quality and responsiveness then anyone else. Asked me to just give him a few minutes to find out exactly what I wanted in the truck I was going to buy. After a 20 minutes I decided to buy from Jeff. I bought the truck today. I like Jeff's attitude, no pushiness no pressure just questions then answers to my questions. He was very detailed about the specifics of the truck info I needed and broke it down to why certain things were of much value. Also got down what was the most important to me then help me make the finale decision on the pick up I purchased today. More

Jeremy and early morning I showed up at 8:02 am and was interested in looking at a Mercury Milano. By 10:30 am I was driving away with it. he was at home at 8:02 but quickly I showed up at 8:02 am and was interested in looking at a Mercury Milano. Crappy Service I HAD to take my vehicle here for recall work as the Keizer Ford dealership was not able to do the work. The service at Keizer is always phenomenal, t I HAD to take my vehicle here for recall work as the Keizer Ford dealership was not able to do the work. The service at Keizer is always phenomenal, the staff are friendly and helpful but the staff on Commercial in Salem are terrible. The first time I took it there, they didn't even have the parts to fix the recall work, even though I had made an appointment. When I got a ride to work in the morning the van was tall and I couldn't even get in it with my work apparel on. The driver made some unfriendly comments and made the ride super uncomfortable. I got a ride back to the dealership from a coworker since I didn't want to ride with the driver again, and then the dealership couldn't find my car......Luckily one of the workers knew what vehicle I had since the work was not completed since they didn't have the parts. My car was across the street and left unlocked which didn't make me feel any better. I had to take my car back to the Ford dealership so that the work could be completed and when they called me to tell me it was ready and my tires/brakes would need to be replaced in the future, they didn't want to talk to me, the person who dropped it off, they only wanted to talk to my husband. Super frustrating when I dropped the vehicle off, I know my vehicle and I'm the customer they called, not my husband. I can tell you I would never go back and it's a shame because Keizer is wonderful More
