Best experience I could possibly have buying a car! This is the second time we've come to Jeremy to get a vehicle. He even gave us his cell so I could call him with additional questions or thoughts during the process. He even worked off the clock to get us exactly what we were looking for and that meant SO MUCH to us. So when it was time for round 2 of course we came to see him again. And without any doubt he fulfilled again! Not only does Jeremy make us comfortable, he's honest, personable, & most importantly he puts us first. Jeff went out of his way to find us the type of vehicle we were asking for (a used Explorer) but there were none to be had. so I asked if we could take a new one for a spin just to experience the ride as we had never even sat in one before then. Jeff accommodated our request, described the features and benefits of the vehicle and told us about the customer cash incentives and other rebates available to us that might make the new car a good fit for us. I loved the Explorer, Jeff and his Manager, Dave Fountain brought together a fantastic deal, and we left with a new car-simple as that! Love these guys! Always up selling and never on time I have owned ford's around the country, including Hawaii and Alaska, and have never dealt with a service center like yours. First off, why in the worl I have owned ford's around the country, including Hawaii and Alaska, and have never dealt with a service center like yours. First off, why in the world does it take an hour and a half to get an oil change (the works)? Why don't you have a fast lube for those of us getting scheduled maintenance? Why do your service managers always try up selling services? I purchase the Maintenance plan with my trucks, yet you continue to try to sell me on other maintenance issues that are not needed or are covered. On my vehicles without the service plan, you hammer away at needing the 15, 30, 45, 600 services. With my truck, you keep telling me it's not needed. I call BS. I have had the 30, 60 and 90k services doe on every Ford I have ever had. Because this truck is u derived he maintenance plan, I can only assume you don't want to do it because you won't make any money off of me. I despise this dealership and actually went to Portland to buy my current truck. The only reason I come to you for service is because I live and work in Salem More

Pleasant Car Buying Experience I was looking for a used car with low mileage, and found a 2013 Ford Focus on Skyline Ford's web site. Using their online form, I scheduled a test I was looking for a used car with low mileage, and found a 2013 Ford Focus on Skyline Ford's web site. Using their online form, I scheduled a test drive. Korey was the salesman who showed me the car and accompanied me in the test drive. He is knowledgable and pleasant. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. The Ford Focus was very clean inside and out. I also met with Marc in the Finance office to discuss and extended warranty for the car. Marc clearly explained my options. The paperwork was done quickly. As they were busy and short-staffed on a Sunday, I came back the next day to meet with Korey. He sat with me in the car and explained all the knobs and buttons to me: audio system, locks, lights, information display, etc. As a woman on my own, I was happy to be treated with respect there. I was also happy to be able to use their web site, online forms, and texting to communicate. I would feel comfortable telling any of my friends to go to Skyline Ford. More
