When we started the process of finding our car we were directed to what would end up being the car we needed and wanted. Jeremy was awesome letting us take multiple test drives and answering what we felt like were a thousand questions without the bat of an eye. The dealership was clean and all related employees were very helpful and nice. I like the potential of dealing with this dealership do to its presentation and revamped maintenance area. I began my hunt for a replacement car by looking at a new 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was selling for an amazing price. Unfortunately, a new car just wasn't meant to be. Dave was totally understanding, so the adventure turned toward used cars. Dave was very patient during the entire process, and helped me find the car that I could afford and had hoped for. Dave answered questions and pointed out details that I wasn't aware of; he also took the time to show me how to work the many different electronic features. Sage joined in on the conversation as final decisions were being made, and treated me well on the price of the vehicle. Sage was as personable as Dave, and he made the paperwork extremely easy. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid vehicle, and love it very much. Being a special-order vehicle it took several months for it to be built and shipped from Europe to Oregon (order was placed before production began). During the wait, Jeff was very responsive to my questions via phone and text messages. Picking up the car went very smoothly, with the entire process only taking around 2 hours (including my test drive and inspection). Jeff seemed excited for me and the car as much as I was. The transaction paperwork was clearly explained to me and at no point did I feel rushed. Total vehicle cost was very competitive and there were no last minute surprises, which I am very grateful for.
