This review is solely for Skyline Keizer Ford and the Tire and Auto Center, Quick Lane connected to it. My name is Paloma Larsen. I started having problems with my 2008 Ford Explorer in 2015. All of my neighbors instructed me to go to Quick Lane in Keizer. They were raving about Service Advisor, Jennifer Bernard. From the first moment I met her, I was treated like family. She was sweet, kind, honest, and her expertise can't be beat. It was wonderful for this divorced mother of three to be able to take her vehicle in and get it fixed right the first time. The mechanics are the best and honest. I will never go anywhere else again. When I told Jennifer that I was interested in buying a vehicle in February 2017, she steered me towards Norm Messenger. I trust her completely, so I listened. Norm is a no nonsense, kind, and honest man. Best car buying experience ever. No haggling, no back and forth, no slickness. When he said he would call, he called. He did not make a promise that he couldn't keep. I can't speak well of all Ford dealerships and that doesn't really matter anymore.
