I stopped by Skyline Ford to get a competing quote for repair and Jason recognized the problem as a little metal clip, which he fixed with a pair of pliers, showed me how to fix it if it happens again and sent me on my way in under ten minutes without charge! The problem hasn’t returned and we aren’t out hundreds of dollars. I wish there were more honest mechanics like Jason in business! I will be returning to Skyline for service in the future, should the need arise, confident that I will be handled with integrity. More
