Staff are always friendly and courteous. I have been happy with the work done on my truck, and I plan on having Skyline do any future work. I have been happy with the work done on my truck, and I plan on having Skyline do any future work. More

Victor was very helpful and dealt with all of my issues quickly and efficiently. As this was a commercial sale there were lots of unusual issues and all were dealt with professionally by all the staff. quickly and efficiently. It also became apparent it had an exhaust leak and intermittent problems with the IWE grinding I didn't catch during the test drive. The catalytic converter wasn't covered by the warranty and the truck ended up costing me an extra $1200 more than I planned. They replaced the check valve on the vacuum system for the IWE as outline by the technical service bulletin but it did not fix the problem. They tried fixing the exhaust leak, but I continued hearing it. I took my truck back in again and they were insistent the truck was fine. I scheduled a test drive to show them the problem. I scheduled it for early in the morning because the iwe seems to mostly just grind in cold/wet weather. I took Tracy the service manager out and unfortunately couldn't get the IWE to grind, but the exhaust leak could be heard. He insisted it was normal and treated me like I was crazy, and that it sucked my 90 day warranty was expiring the next few days but there was nothing they would do. I tried talking with Marc in sales and he essentially told me he trusts service and my only options were to sell it back for way less than I payed, or use it as a trade-in. With returning it or extending the warranty off the table, I went back to Tracy to ask them to at least run a smoke test to confirm there wasn't a leak anymore, that's how they confirmed the first leak they tried fixing. He said it was a waste of time and I couldn't diagnose things from information online. When I reminded him I correctly diagnosed the first exhaust leak they missed when they certified it, he got really mad and told me to get out. I called Ford the company and they went above and beyond, giving me a 3 year extended warranty so I could fix the issues. I scheduled an appointment with Wilsons in Corvallis and they confirmed that not only was the exhaust leaking, but also both sides of the catalytic converter skyline installed.... I called Tracy to try have skyline cover the repair. He accused me of yelling profanities at him and that he wouldn't talk to me. After accusations like that, I felt uncomfortable continuing communication and Wilson motors was kind enough to work things out between Ford and skyline. I don't know whether Ford or skyline covered the bill, but Wilson took care of everything. In total I'm out $1200, 6+ trips to Salem, countless hours including some hours I had to take off work, and the shop had the truck more than I did during the initial 90 day warranty. It was exhausting not having a vehicle, having to bike to work in the rain, and coordinating trips to and from skyline with my wife. This wasn't something I expected to have to do after spending nearly 40k on a truck that was supposed to have been certified, esp from the number 1 dealer in Oregon. I wasn't going to leave a review, but skyline keeps texting me to do so, so here it is. I'd avoid Salem skyline at all costs. My family has had great experiences at Kaiser skyline, but after my experience in Salem we're never working with skyline again. I'd advise you don't either. More

We had been waiting for months for a TCM module to arrive. After 8+ months our warranty part arrived and Ford called to schedule our appt. We dropped our car off and shortly after, we get a call to be sure we were aware the repair would be at our expense (we have a branded title). We talked to several people who did not know what the heck they were doing. Notes were not added to our account, which made it difficult for Ford to verify what we were saying. Our car did get repaired which was covered under emissions warranty. Thank you to Gavin for calling and confirming what we were saying all along that we didn't have to pay. I am always pleased with the service Skyline Ford provides, but this visit was not the best. More
It’s hard to rate any business, because the American work force is a complete loss . There is no concern with doing there job only getting thru the day , even if lying is a condition of them staying employed force is a complete loss .
