We went back and forth between LHM (Rix and Rudy) and another dealer while shopping for a new truck, and the LHM sales staff and floor manager were always more calm and up-front than the other place. LHM presented us a written offer sheet every time we negotiated a new deal, while the other place would just say things like, "Taxes and fees will be about 10%..." My wife had to leave while we were filling out the paperwork, and Dakota in the finance office offered to send her the forms electronically. We're very satisfied with the experience. More
