They rave about how customer service and experience is their top priority but I experienced everything but that. After several months of looking for the right truck I found a good used one here at Larry H their top priority but I experienced everything but that. After several months of looking for the right truck I found a good used one here at Larry H Miller. Called them up and had a salesman check it out for me since I live in Idaho. He said that it all looked good and there were no dents. However, I could clearly see a dent in one of the pictures. That didn’t bother me much, what thoroughly pissed me off was that after making a down payment and telling them that I would be coming down the following week to pick it up; they sold the truck out from under me to someone else! No phone call or anything until I called to make sure everything was good to go. They acknowledged that they had received my deposit for that truck, but all they said was: “sorry, we can refund your deposit” I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the truck that I bought! The only attempt to make it right was to offer me a truck that was across the country in Virginia and that I would have to pay shipping. What kind of customer service and experience is that!? More
