Having had substandard experience in the past with Sioux Falls Ford, Chris assured me "he" would take care of things, and he did. Not once did we have to address concerns that stemmed from the past - Chris did it all. I would give Chris Hunt's name to anyone needing help at the Sioux Falls Ford location. Anyone reading this review can "trust" this review to be honest as that is how we roll. Love my truck, how it looks and how it moves. Thank you Chris Hunt, thank you Ford! More

Had 2 vehicles in for service at the same time. Both Had 2 vehicles in for service at the same time. Both vehicles are under warranty. Was great that they provided 2 loaners for my wife and I. Had my Had 2 vehicles in for service at the same time. Both vehicles are under warranty. Was great that they provided 2 loaners for my wife and I. Had my wife’s Explorer in first. Was leaking oil and coolant was disappearing. They replaced the valve cover. Then they said they resealed the front cover for the using coolant issue and changed the oil. picked it up. Got it home and looked it over. The oil filter was never changed. The front cover was never resealed. brought it back. They changed the engine oil and filter again to make sure. The front cover was just a glitch in there IT system. The using coolant they could not figure that out. Got it back and then the check engine light was on. They replaced a sensor. Had to wait 2 weeks for it. The pick up had an oil leak on valve cover and turbo. Had an engine noise. Had a left front wheel noise when in 4x4. They replaced both valve covers. They replaced timing chains and phasers. They replaced the water pump. They replaced the left turbo. They put locks in the front hubs. They could not figure out the left front wheel noise. Got it back. The A/C belt shredded and engine was making a ticking noise. Found a grommet laying on top of the radiator. Found both front charge air hose brackets missing nuts and hardware. Found intake pipe to have a broken zip tie hold down hole broke off. Found harness just laying on engine. All zip tie tree clips broken. Coolant was low. Grommet that was laying on radiator was a hold down for a charge air tube. Brought it back. They replaced both brackets. They replaced the intake tube. They installed all new tree zip tie clips. They replaced the A/C belt. Made me pay for that. Had to bring the Explorer a the truck back again. Explorer had the crankcase code again. Replaced a PCV valve. Light seems to stay off now. The F150 had the belt squealing, an engine ticking noise and abruptly down shifting when coming to a stop. They found nothing wrong with all concerns. There is no quality control. They just trust that there techs do the right thing. That’s not the case. More
