I have purchased seven new ford vehicles from Sioux Falls Ford in the last ten years, all through Dave Gabriel. I will go nowhere else. Besides I love my Fords. My latest crush is the new Bronco. Very hard to come by, but Dave made it happen for me. My new Bronco Badlands is incredible, I would recommend a Bronco to anyone. Redefines fun! Is more fun to drive than I imagined! As for the service department, Lyle Marnach is my go-to guy. Knows Fords, knows me, and is always friendly and helpful. Gets my service needs taken care of. Great dealership, positive experience for me. More
While scrolling through here, I have actually become more disheartened. I had to make an appointment three weeks prior (back in October). Now it is almost Christmas and I still do not have my car back. I dro disheartened. I had to make an appointment three weeks prior (back in October). Now it is almost Christmas and I still do not have my car back. I dropped my car off on November 17th. I never get updates on what is going on unless I call. I did not get a loaner until I wrote a Google review. I was actually told they did not have any loaners until I did that and then one magically appeared. I want to go see my mom for Christmas and I have a miles limit on my loaner, so I will probably not be able to drive to see her. Before I got the loaner, I spent over $500 on Lyfts and Ubers to get around. There is no way the owner or Ford Corporate know that my car has been in this shop for about 6 weeks. Mix that in with needing to call ahead and my car has been essentially tied up by the Ford dealer for over two months. This is a massive show of incompetence or laziness. I plan on going to the Better Business Bureau and Ford Corporate of this keeps dragging on. I feel helpless and like I am being taken advantage of. I would strongly advise no one to go here unless you have nothing to do and nowhere to be…for months. More

Very poor customer service. Three service representatives with one helping a customer and two texting on their phones. Approximately 1-minute passed without either looking up so I decided to time their response- 2 minutes 23 seconds later one of them looked up while smiling at the text he received to ask if he could help me. While listening to me he was simultaneously texting. Fortunately I found out Toyota works on Fords. More
