I called and spo CLASSIC SLEAZEBAGS USED CAR SALESMEN! I live about 40 miles outside of NYC and saw an 07 Range Rover advertised for $33k on eBay. I called and spoke with "Rocky". I told him that I was coming all the way from Jersey and that I needed to confirm that the car is still available. He then said, yes, it was in their pre-owned dept across the street. I drove to NYC, paid over $20 in tolls and maneuvered through NYC rush hour traffic to get there. Spoke with Chris in their pre-owned dept., told him I was there for the '07 Range Rover. He instantly offered me the "2011" model that they have instead. When I insisted I came for the '07, he made up some crazy excuses that the '07 is in their other lot and it was not available. When I kept pushing, manager comes out and told me "they will drive the car to me". I called BS and walked over the new car lot to confront Rocky. He tells me it sold this morning. They can't even get their stories straight! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLEAZY USED CAR SALESMEN!!! If you want a new Mercedes Benz, there's a dealer in Manhattan that's more reputable than these liars! It's on 11th Ave by the Lincoln Tunnel. More
I have shopped for cars at many dealers before. However, I came to Silver Star motors from Connecticut taking a chance and the experience was like none I have had before. My sales representative Annamaria (Anna) Gjomarkaj is the real deal. Very professional, friendly, energetic, patient and customer driven. I came in to purchase a 2009 ML350 sight unseen. The vehicle was just traded in and there wasn't any photos of it yet. Before coming in I spoke with Annamaria on the phone and she assured me the car was spotless, beautiful and well worth the drive from CT. After meeting with her, I determined that I made the right choice. For once, I felt like I was not being lied to or taken advantage of. Anna listened to all of my concerns and demands, and was honest in her responses and tried as much as possible to ensure I was satisfied. Well, she did just that! I love my new ML350. She was also very kind to my 16 yr/old who I dragged with me. I would like to thank Annamaria for her wonderful customer service and professionalism and Silverstar for their service. She was very friendly, energetic and easy to work with, a breath of fresh air. She is very knowledgeable and is able to accurately answer all questions I had. I think every dealership needs an Anna in their showrooms. I would so recommend her to anyone interested in one these awesome vehicles. I hope Silverstar appreciates her efforts and relizes she is a valuable asset to their company. More

Anna was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and that made the purchase enjoyable. I was there for a service on my c300, and i left the dealer with a E350, Aaron Katz is a very professional and warm person , he took care of everithing, he really loves his job and his costumers, he kne dealer with a E350, Aaron Katz is a very professional and warm person , he took care of everithing, he really loves his job and his costumers, he knew everithing about my new car and took the time to explain to me the features. At approx. 5:30pm Aug. 26th I was driving south bound on Northern Blvd. in Queens. When I got to 35th street & Northern my 2011 R 350 showed a red malfunction light and the car died. With SilverStar being Northern Blvd. in Queens. When I got to 35th street & Northern my 2011 R 350 showed a red malfunction light and the car died. With SilverStar being right up the road, I walked and asked if there was anything anyone could do. They told me that with hurricane Irene coming people had left early and they were closing early. We called roadside assistance but by the time they would get there service would be closed. So we left the car over night. That Sat morning Aug. 27th @ approx 8:30am I again went to SilverStar and they told me to call a tow truck for two blocks and that no one would help me push it the two blocks to get it to service. I asked the receptionist if I could leave the keys with someone so they could tag it on the street (it was parked by the sidewalk), and she rudely laughed at me told me that was impossible (Her name escapes me, please find the records from this time & day). So I walked back to my car and called for a tow truck and started waiting. That’s when Annamaria came out of the previously owned Mercedes shop (which was right in front of me), and on her way to get breakfast, smiled brightly at me, said good morning and was everything ok. I told her what had happened and she couldn’t believe that the staff at the new car dealer shop had told me to call a tow truck for two blocks. She informed James Palmer Jr. and they both contacted the General Manager. Before you knew it, two technicians came out to jump the car so they could get it into N and seven workers from the service shop around the corner pushed it around the corner to the service garage. The GM apologized to me and told me that’s not how they do things around. If it weren’t for Annamaria I most likely would have had to leave my car on the street again since the tow truck wouldn’t have come on time for the early closing due to Irene. Irene would have gotten the best of my car. I just want to say that Annamaria went above and beyond what she could have done by just going to breakfast, and my family is extremely grateful for her kindness and professionalism. If you look up Raymond & Marion Eng (301 E. 47th Street NY), you will see that we have in the past and recently purchased several cars from the Mercedes dealership in the Manhattan west side showroom and were invited to the concert that you had for elite customers, Saks 5th cards, etc. We will be continuing our relationship with Mercedes, but this time in your Silver Star Queens location thanks to her.
