There was no way in the natural ream of life that I would qualify for such a beautiful car without someone that was concern about the customer’s ability to pay versa the customer’s past credit history and federal financial labeling. After I purchased my car, I’ve seen Herman twice at the dealership; he has remained the same kind of caring person. James and Herman picked this car out for me. I didn’t look at the car until Dec 28, 2013. James and Herman picked the car out. Extremely Poor Customer Service, Sales and Dealership I bought my 2012 GL550 from them. If the price was not right, I would have never bothered to deal with them. The dealership is in a bad state, the sal I bought my 2012 GL550 from them. If the price was not right, I would have never bothered to deal with them. The dealership is in a bad state, the sales team is extremely poor and it does not feel like you are at a Mercedes dealership. You could expect service comparable to a cut throat, no name car dealer in a bad neighborhood. We lucked out for the price we paid (I guess good timing), but I would not recommend going back to them. Their mechanics messed up the CPO process as well and the car had to be looked at a few times. More

CPO Purchase I was planning to buy a Certified Previously owned Mercedes E350 and was looking for a good car with low mileage and at a reasonable price. I found a car on cars.com and that lead me to Silver Star Motors. The overall experience of dealing with all of the people at Silver Star was great. The appointment was made by Herman, who was extremely courteous and helpful. At the dealership, i was introduced to Gjon and Joe. Both of them were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, resulting that in about an hour we were able to narrow my selection to a single car. The price negotiations were not bad either and Joe was very accommodating. Then at the end Bob, the Director Finance, processed all our papers and let me say what a pleasure to deal with Bob. I would like to especially, thank Gjon, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient through out the process. So i am off with my new purchase and hoping to see many of these gentlemen on my visits to their dealership. So if you are looking for a good car, at a good price and want to have a no pressure dealing, then Silver Star is the place. More
