The easiest purches ever I dealt with Robert Sulaymanov. It took us only 3 days to find that perfect car. He went out of his way to find the care that has everything we wanted and that was in our price range. Mr. Sulaymanov was knowledgeable so every question that we had he was ready and able to answer. What I also liked a lot was the fact that he was able to tell me about newer model that wasn't out yet so I would know what I was missing out on if I purchased 2014 model. Over all service was perfect in my opinion. At the very end when signing that contract dealership offered additional options to be purchased for the car. Key word, they offered it, they weren't selling it nor were they pushy about it. After getting the car within just 3 weeks Mr. Sulaymanov called me twice to make sure that car was running fine and that I was happy with it. Before even taking the car out of dealership Robert spent 30 minutes with me and showing and explaining every single button, dot and the spot in the car. He also helped with setting up things like Bluetooth, GPS, setting for auto lights, auto mirror folding etc. And I am not the easiest person to deal with. Well he and everyone else in dealership were able to handle me. I would highly recommend this dealership and look for Robert Sulaymanov I can voucher for him but everyone else around there seemed nice and very professional. This is my 3rd new car, my first Mercedes and my easiest decision ever. More

By far the worst buying experience i ever encountered On 3/08/14 i had come to an agreement with silver star to purchase a GL 350. The Car was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was informed that th On 3/08/14 i had come to an agreement with silver star to purchase a GL 350. The Car was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was informed that the order would take 6-8 weeks and i agreed and proceeded with leaving a $2500.00 deposit. Approximately 6 weeks later (mid April) i had contacted the dealership to follow up and was informed the car was on back order and i would have to wait an additional 6-8 weeks. I was disappointed but i was not in a rush so i had no problem with it. On 5/22 i received a phone call from Jason Spears questioning if i was still interested in the GL i was extremely confused at this time since we had agreed on the price and they had take a deposit and charged my card for $2500.00. I Had explain this to Jason. He then proceeded to tell me that he would speak to a manager and call me right back. After waiting approx. 4 hours i decided to call back myself to follow up. Jason tells me that there was some confusion with the ordered and the vehicle was accidentally given to someone else and a replacement was never ordered for me and he would have to speak with Christian the sales manager about this. After a week of no answers and me having to do all the followup work and speaking with the sales manager and Jason i was told that 2014 wasn't available and i would have to order a 2015 now with the option i had chosen i would have to pay an additional $1700.00. Even though this was there mistake. The general manager Mr. Giovanni Tosti is most def. the worst of them all. He wouldn't speak with me at all that's actually why i went over his head but being at the dealership and the way he would look and walk pass like he was this higher power to me was extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I proceeded to contact the owner Mr. Cohen directly but he seemed disinterested and honestly didn't care at all of the horrible experience i had dealing with his dealership and thought charging me additional 1700.00 for there error wasn't a big deal. Being a small business owner i would never treat another individual this way especially if 100% of the error was on me. This dealership was so disgusting in there treatment that not only would i never go there but i probably will never consider to buy a Mercedes again. More

Apart from just test driving, I make sure that I have all the cards laid down in front of me (nothing hidden to be discovered later on). As I was purchasing a Merc E350 certified pre-owned for my wife, I made it double sure that I was buying the right vehicle according to my wife's taste and comfort as well. Evidently the sales associate needed to be extremely patient apart from being honest and having a good choice of certified vehicles in inventory. At Silver Star Motors, I found just that. Anna was the only sales associate that was honest and forthcoming on all her promises across all the dealerships I visited in New York & New Jersey. She is extremely friendly, patient, detail oriented and sticks to her promises. I not only got the choice of car, condition, mileage and price deal that I was looking for, but also experienced first hand great customer service. I told Anna & her boss that the sale was not the end, rather it was beginning of a relationship that would only progress if Silver Star maintains the high level of customer service that they have maintained with me in this buying process. I wholeheartedly recommend Silver Star & Anna for everything that they stand for and look forward to a continued association as customer & dealer. There was no way in the natural ream of life that I would qualify for such a beautiful car without someone that was concern about the customer’s ability to pay versa the customer’s past credit history and federal financial labeling. After I purchased my car, I’ve seen Herman twice at the dealership; he has remained the same kind of caring person. James and Herman picked this car out for me. I didn’t look at the car until Dec 28, 2013. James and Herman picked the car out. Extremely Poor Customer Service, Sales and Dealership I bought my 2012 GL550 from them. If the price was not right, I would have never bothered to deal with them. The dealership is in a bad state, the sal I bought my 2012 GL550 from them. If the price was not right, I would have never bothered to deal with them. The dealership is in a bad state, the sales team is extremely poor and it does not feel like you are at a Mercedes dealership. You could expect service comparable to a cut throat, no name car dealer in a bad neighborhood. We lucked out for the price we paid (I guess good timing), but I would not recommend going back to them. Their mechanics messed up the CPO process as well and the car had to be looked at a few times. More
