Walked into Silver Star's Pre-owned dealership on September 22nd with my fiance, we were immediately greeted by Anna G., after looking at some E350's, we fell in love with a particular white 2012 E350. After taking it for a test drive, we found out that the car was set in our price range and had Anna take our info for the loan (it was late in the day, around closing time). The next day Anna was in contact all day long. Was able to go to the dealership that same day, as we waited to meet with Francesco, the car was being prepared. After all the paperwork was done we drove our new car home the very same night! Since then, Anna has still been in constant contact as we are getting the Simoniz clear coat and lo jack installed and have to go in one more time to pick up a spare key. I'm extremely happy with the service we got, it was a painless experience despite being my first car purchase and we were never pressured along the way. We walked in and immediately were attended by a really amazing sales woman, Anna. She sits on your right as soon as you walk in (first desk). Immediately we felt comfortable, she asked us what we're looking for and even though it was late in the day she did not mind taking us all around to the different storage rooms to show us the cars they have. We eventually saw a beautiful pearl white E 350, 42,000miles with a panoramic roof, sport wheel, and two tone interior that we immediately fell in love with. We took it for a test drive and from then on we knew we wanted it. Anna attended us greatly. She went above and beyond from start till finish. After the test drive we went inside to fill out some papers and call the insurance company. Once the paper work as done Anna let us know that she will give us an approval by the next day, which was Wednesday 23 2015. H On Wednesday my fiancé called me up and set get ready. We're getting the car today. I was super excited, I didn't realize how fast this would happen. Once we go there it took us about 3 hours for us to have the keys in our hand to drive home. We told them that we could not take another day to come back to get the car so Anna made sure that we got it that day. Meaning she made sure the car was cleaned, paint job was done, and that Everything was set and ready to go for us. Like I said before she was there fr start till finish. While we were working on some other final paper work with another gentleman, Francesco she pulled me out to show me the car (she new I was super excited, so she left my fiancé to finish the paper work) and set me up. She synced my phone to the car, she showed me all the neat gadgets we have, she gave me a complete overview of the car. She was absolutely amazing. I would recommend anyone to go to her for help. Even though I brought my loan from my bank. Between Anna and Francesco they miraculously got be another loan with an awesomely low APR. Anna expeditiously found me a car of my choice.
