The advisor Carlos and service manager were excellent. However I was irritated that the director demanded full payment or a $90 per day storage fee for a vehicle that had not had all repair work completed However I was irritated that the director demanded full payment or a $90 per day storage fee for a vehicle that had not had all repair work completed. Upon picking up my vehicle I could clearly see that the rear passenger window which was replaced had not been tinted to match my other back windows at all. Also the power outlet cover fron the back of my console (which should have been repaired) was laying on the floor in clear sight. If you're going to demand full payment immediately or threaten to charge storage fees then you should make sure that ALL work has been completed first. Especially when things are apparently obvious and don't even require close inspection. More

A Nightmare Experience at Silver Star Mercedes Dealership I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frankly shocking encounter with the sales manager, Matt Fattah, at Silver Star Mercedes de Dealership I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frankly shocking encounter with the sales manager, Matt Fattah, at Silver Star Mercedes dealership. My attempt at engaging in a simple conversation with him turned into a nightmare that I never expected from a reputed dealership. From the very start, it was clear that Mr. Fattah lacked even the most basic understanding of professionalism. During our conversation, he repeatedly accused me of speaking over him, which I found incredibly ironic considering he was the one constantly interrupting and talking over me. His audacity reached new heights when he suggested that I should explore other dealerships, essentially questioning why I would choose his dealership. It's baffling how a sales manager could actively drive away potential customers with such disregard. I commend the efforts of the salesperson, Jason Gu, who attempted to salvage the situation and maintain a semblance of professionalism. However, Mr. Fattah's behavior was beyond redemption. Instead of handling the situation maturely, he resorted to incessant screaming and yelling on the phone, making any meaningful communication impossible. This type of uncontrolled aggression is not only unbecoming of a sales manager but is also indicative of a complete lack of respect for customers. What astounded me most was the fact that I never insisted that they sell me the car at a specific price. Any reasonable customer understands that negotiations are part of the process. If the dealership couldn’t honor my offer, a polite decline would have sufficed. Instead, I was met with an appalling lack of professionalism and respect, leaving me utterly dismayed. My experience at Silver Star Mercedes dealership, thanks to Mr. Fattah, was nothing short of a disaster. The complete absence of customer service, coupled with Mr. Fattah's belligerent attitude, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a harrowing experience. The blatant disregard for basic customer respect and the shocking behavior of the sales manager make it abundantly clear that Silver Star Mercedes is not a dealership worthy of anyone's time or money. Worst dealership that flat out lies for business. I live in Virginia and saw a car online at this dealership. I made plans with Jerry the salesman to have my sister who lives in NJ come and see/tes I live in Virginia and saw a car online at this dealership. I made plans with Jerry the salesman to have my sister who lives in NJ come and see/test drive the car so I could feel comfortable with my purchase. I spoke with several people at the dealership and set up an appointment for 9:00 today. I called yesterday around 4:00 to confirm that it was still available and that my sister would be there. This morning I spoke with a representative at the dealership confirming my sister was on her way. She got there after a 2 hour drive and paying $40 in tolls and they said it was sold! Unbelievable! Then they were like we have a similar one... So they obviously knew it was sold and lied just to sale another car. I'm out several hundred and my sister waisted her day because this car dealership sold the car without notifying me. I spoke with them everyday this week and this morning about this. They actually called me this morning confirming she was coming. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! More

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Silver Star and especially my sales rep, Victor Babb. I purchased my vehicle from out of town, sight unseen. I immediately met Victor by email from Silver Star and especially my sales rep, Victor Babb. I purchased my vehicle from out of town, sight unseen. I immediately met Victor by email and phone and felt totally comfortable working with him from a distance. He quickly responded to my myriad of questions, and I appreciated that. I requested photos and he sent me all the photos I asked for, PLUS a video tour of the car. Victor helped with one of inspections required by my State by quickly obtaining and then sending me the inspection papers required by New York so I could obtain a waiver in my State. Victor worked closely with the auto transport company I hired to bring the car to me, using his experience with out-of-state sales to act as my eyes and ears throughout the process of getting the car on its way to me. My transport company required documentation when the car was being loaded and Victor completed this process for me. I also worked with Al, one of the business managers at Silver Star, in processing the paperwork and that went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to do business with Silver Star and especially Victor again. More
