Recently I have experienced the best ever at Silver Star Dealership, from courtesy, providing facts and tremendous follow up to earn my trust and business. I was introduced to Mr. Christian Charvet for assisting me to make a decision of returning my lease and get a new lease or exercise my option to buy my current vehicle. I was promised that he will get back to me within a day or two. I have been trying to contact him numerous times and my attempts went to be ignored. That was very disappointing and upsetting. Finally, when I had the chance to speak to Mr. Christian Charvet it was a big misunderstanding and he apologize that I felt that way because my email messages went to his spam folder.
