Nightmare I had what was possibly the worst car-related experience of my life with Silver Star; the lies, lack of ethical standards, and fraud involved were jus I had what was possibly the worst car-related experience of my life with Silver Star; the lies, lack of ethical standards, and fraud involved were just stunning. My primary contact was with an associate named Rasul N, who never completed the work I originally requested, failed to respond to emails, and lied about contacting Mercedes insurance. I was assured that his manager would call me by a certain date; I never heard from him. Ultimately, my car was at the dealership ONE MONTH while no work was done! Rasul also sent me an email telling me that my car had been sold; fortunately, ny car is equipped with Hum by Verizon, which indicated that my car hadn't been moved in a month. My attempt to contact the franchise owner, Mr. Cohen, found him unresponsice as well. I cannot stress enough: avoid this dealership in general and this associate, Rasul, in particular. This was a truly brutal experience. More

Seamless lease renewal! My wife and I were so lucky to have met Jackie when we went in to renew our lease right before Christmas. She was so patient and easy to talk to! My wife and I had recently purchase a 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 in Texas at our local dealership but wanted to stop by a dealership near my hotel one evening to compare prices and packages in New York Vs. Texas. I met a salesman by the name of Christopher Lopez at Silver Star Motors. I immediately was thinking to myself that he probably would not waste his time with me once he found out that I wasn’t there to purchase anything but to simply have questions. To be pleasantly surprised should be an understatement. Not only did he take his time in showing me around but Christopher treated me like I was there to buy the most expensive car on the showroom floor. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Even knowing that I had just purchased a new Mercedes-Benz a few weeks ago, Christopher Lopez took the time to explain to me in detail certain package the car has to offer. Made me wish he was my salesman in Texas. To say that it was a pleasure meeting him is not giving him enough credit. Christopher was funny and very informative.
