Matthew, I truly sympathize with you regarding your experience with your Mercedes-Benz, and it was not our intention to make your experience negative in any way. Your review does give us a good opportunity to show our efforts to making things right. Matthew, after you purchased your vehicle from us, you went, after a year, to your local dealer to discuss your concerns about your car. They insisted that you needed said repairs and you agreed to do them. Since you felt like the repairs or needed maintenance should of been done prior to delivery of your vehicle, you reached out to us regarding reimbursement for said repairs. Matthew, you reached out to us and we provided proof that the vehicle was well within Mercedes-Benz Certification standards and also another repair that your local dealer charged you for, was actually covered by warranty. In this situation, you have already paid for the recommended maintenance work and the labor for what should of been covered by warranty, then you said you wanted us to reimburse you for this. You did not give us a chance to personally come over there with a loaner car, and bring the vehicle to our facility to diagnose, you just went ahead and paid for the repair and maintenance that would have not been recommended had we checked your vehicle. The service adviser at your local dealership did not provide your brake reading or battery rating before charging you for the repair, and failed to let you know that the air bag problem was covered by the warranty; So it truly appears that your negative rating should be at your local dealer, not with us. Silver Star Motors offered to pick up the vehicle and diagnose the issues/concerns you had Matthew, and you declined; then paid for the repairs/maintenance at your local dealership, despite us trying to rectify this at your convenience. Throughout the time you have had countless discussions with us, and have never been ignored or been unattended-to, and although you did not do it this time-- Please reach out to us first if you ever need anything for your vehicle.
