Poor Customer Experience Converted to Happy Customer I spent a few hours here on a weekend just to find out that they offer about 60% of Kelly's Blue Book Value for my trade-in (an old Porsche). I under I spent a few hours here on a weekend just to find out that they offer about 60% of Kelly's Blue Book Value for my trade-in (an old Porsche). I understand that car dealerships make a profit on trade-ins, but when I was first helped, the salesman (Hakeem) said that they are KBB certified and that I would get a fair deal. While I walked out of the sales room disappointed, I followed up on Monday and spoke with a customer service representative who truly listened to my feedback and was proactive in apologizing and taking accountability. At the end of the conversation we came to terms on a very fair sale. I give Silver Star a ton of credit for following through and putting in the effort to change a disappointing experience. More

BEWARE OF SCAM ARTISTS and they will RUIN your credit report I went to purchase a vehicle and they illegally took it upon themselves to run my credit about 14 times, YES 14 TIMES. I thought they would run my cre I went to purchase a vehicle and they illegally took it upon themselves to run my credit about 14 times, YES 14 TIMES. I thought they would run my credit 1 time but I found out 2 weeks later that they ran it 14 separate times. My credit score immediately dropped over 60 points because of this. I told them to take it off the unauthorized inquiries because it's customer credit abuse and they ignored me. Trust me, there are other dealers to work with, these people are scam artists. I will now report them to NYS Attorney Generals office because it's illegal. Ladies and gentlemen, look at the reviews because they speak for themselves. More
