Bad car sold to me! !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all the svc lights came on. Called my salesperson Victor Babb who was nothing but Rude and unprofessional to me. Needless to say that I had to pay over $987.18. Initially, I was told that the cost was for a new part but then discovered that it's it wasn't a new part ordered!! And it was the same part they repaired but changed me for a new part. This is just was in one month after having this car. Now I’m here visiting my family in Charlotte and my engine light is on and my car is jerking. I bought the car with only 18000 miles and at this point, I’m at 22k miles and I’m having These types of issues i feel like I was sold a bad car that had no work or repairs done to it before passing this lemon on to me. It seems like after the sales no one cares. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Please DON’T GO THERE. It’s truly horrible. After this car. I will NEVER PURCHASE A MERCEDES BENZ!!!!! Ever!!! Also never buy a car online without checking it out ! More

Very dishonest service department. They don’t like to uphold or honor factory warranties on vehicles especially if it’s a major cost. When your check engine light comes on get a second opinion because th uphold or honor factory warranties on vehicles especially if it’s a major cost. Carlos is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is very diligent in his work. However, some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude and it makes the experience very difficult.
