It was clean, waiting area was nice. I do wish I was told when I made a 1pm appointment that it would take a long time and I should leave my car. Last minute rides are tough. Kept my car for 2 days to check a tire that was under warranty and visually inspect front end. Never called to inform me they needed to keep the car overnight, or when it was finished Never inspected the warranty and visually inspect front end. They told me they didn't have a technician available to drive it, apparently you need to drive a car to do a visual inspection, but also told me they had two techs look at the tire. Did not patch, repair or replace the tire that had a nail in it. Just told me it was fine. When I picked the car up they told me they had called and left messages. They didn't, they had the wrong number. When I asked for a receipt they said it should have gone to my email. It didn't, they had the wrong email. Then when they made me a paper receipt, it was incredibly vague, almost seems like they purposely are trying not to be responsible for the tire. They were happy to take the $750 for the wheel and tire warranty though when I bought the car. Front end still needs to be checked and repaired. Car is still under warranty and recently was in for a recall to the front suspension. More
