Matthew was great from the beginning we did start off bumpy after the deal was done. It was beyond his control but basically things that were said they were supposed to get done didn’t get done and there bumpy after the deal was done. Kept my car for 2 days to check a tire that was under warranty and visually inspect front end. Never called to inform me they needed to keep the car overnight, or when it was finished Never inspected the warranty and visually inspect front end. They told me they didn't have a technician available to drive it, apparently you need to drive a car to do a visual inspection, but also told me they had two techs look at the tire. Did not patch, repair or replace the tire that had a nail in it. Just told me it was fine. When I picked the car up they told me they had called and left messages. They didn't, they had the wrong number. When I asked for a receipt they said it should have gone to my email. It didn't, they had the wrong email. Then when they made me a paper receipt, it was incredibly vague, almost seems like they purposely are trying not to be responsible for the tire. They were happy to take the $750 for the wheel and tire warranty though when I bought the car. Front end still needs to be checked and repaired. Car is still under warranty and recently was in for a recall to the front suspension. More
