Told it would take 2 hours. It took 2-1/2 hours only after I inquired after it had been more than two hours. Was told car was out for test drive. Half hour test drive? I booked an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and checkup. In addition I said I needed the tire light turned off. When I picked up the car, the tire light was still on. Didn’t appreciate that no one noticed light on still and didn’t appreciate having to come back again. Everyone is courteous and ready to help. They’ve owned up to mistakingly ordering wrong parts in the past. They’ve offered to change out parts I’ve purchased in a very efficient manner and They’ve owned up to mistakingly ordering wrong parts in the past. They’ve offered to change out parts I’ve purchased in a very efficient manner and the shuttle has been great. However, this time, I was a bit baffled…I’ve brought my car in the last 2x for regular maintenance and have mentioned the start of squealing breaks but was told something along the lines of having nothing to worry about and the break pads shouldn’t need replacing yet. I specifically brought the vehicle in this time after reading online how squealing could mean the breaks are so warn down the rotors will need replacing and to take care of the breaks before you have to spend more money than just on break pads. Well, Toyota told me this visit that they recommended I replace the breaks and rotors. So much for trying to prevent it from getting that far. Not sure how this was missed in regular maintenance checks either. More
