After Sales Service Toyota Tacoma I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Sierra Toyota. It had an after market alarm installed. I wanted the alarm uninstalled as there was n I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Sierra Toyota. It had an after market alarm installed. I wanted the alarm uninstalled as there was no remote for the alarm. I bought the car from Lynn Burns (sales consultant). I was promised that the alarm would be taken care of. I made an appointment with the service department, contact person Humberto Pena. I went in for the appointment and met with Humberto. He was friendly and very courteous. I was given a time it would be ready, received a call before the promised time to let me know the truck was ready. Went in and was greeted by Humberto with the keys for my truck. Everything was taken care of and I was good to go. Humberto asked me to come see him for all service needs I might have in the future. Anybody who has any service issues go see Humberto, he is knowledgeable and courteous and will take care of you. Highly recommend Sierra Toyota for sales and service. More

All was great except that there wasn't client social distancing at the payment counter. Another older man lurked over my bill and wouldn't move at my request until your agent asked them to move. He also answered some questions I had about extended service contracts once the Tundra is out of factory warranty. While the truck was being serviced I spoke with Ry'n Nabeeh about a possible future purchase of another Toyota. Here again, he was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable telling me about other products in the line up that we might consider for a second vehicle. An all around pleasant experience.
