Right when I walked into the dealership I could tell it was going to be a no nonsense experience. I like that. Monday, Dec. 26th was the first time we've visited your dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. M dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. Marvin Morris met with us and was very good at answering her questions and showing her the differences in the various Camrys. She ultimately decided on a Camry XLE but wanted a darker interion color. Learned it wasn't available. After mulling over other options for a whole week, we learned that XLE was still available. She had decided she could live with the lighter interior color. Mr. Morris was on his day off, but said he'd meet us and complete the deal. Mr. Morris was very attentive and patient. I appreciated that he doesn't act like a "car salesman". His handling of the whole purchase process left us with a pleasant aftertaste. I also commend Mr. Leffelman's handling of the financial details. Their method of handling this deal left us with a very good feeling for this dealership. We will recommend Sierra Toyota to others. My brother bought a 2010 Tacoma from Marvin Morris about a year ago and was very pleased with the experience. When I started looking for my vehicle, my brother directed me to Marvin. To get exactly what I wanted in my 2012 Tacoma, I had to order it from the factory. Marvin explained to me (multiple times) the differences in the various models I was considering. During the month and half ordering process, Marvin kept me informed on the status and he helped me work the paperwork during the process so that when the vehicle was delivered I was able to test drive, sign paperwork and leave in a short amount of time. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I did not intend to stop at this location, but I'm glad I did. I purchased a vehicle at a competitive price that I'm very happy with. I felt like the other dealers in town used high pressure techniques and made me feel horrible and not really enthusiastic about shopping. They wanted me to buy the cars they were anxious to sell, not what I was looking for. Pablo listened to what I was looking for and gave me exactly that. We found the car I wanted in no more than fifteen minutes and the deal was completed that day without continuous call backs. Even the Finance Manager behaved with customer service in mind. The facility seems top notch for Sierra Vista. So far, I love the vehicle. In less than a month, I have recieved my plates and registration. The company also went the extra mile to send service coupons and a tin of cookies. I haven't received my first bill or had to return for any other services, so I'm not sure if there will be any of the unexpected weird things that come with doing business with a company for a long time. I hope things continue on this road. So far, this company has provided fantastic service. More
