First the price I paid for the car was not bad. However the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had my own financing had emailed and called to work the deal. Once I arrived at the dealership I was passed off to a not so friendly individual who only wanted to get me to sign the paperwork and get me out of the store. Also they were very upset when I presented what other Toyota dealerships were charging and I was told then go buy that product from them they didn't care. If it was not the car that my wife wanted I would absolutely not have done business with this dealership. As it is Sierra Vista has slim picking for credible dealerships. Overall satisfaction is very low. More

Carlos has always been patient with me on each visit and has always taken the time to greet me when I walk in and spend time with me, even though it possibl appeared to him that I would never buy a car. I will continue to come by for a cup of coffee and continue to keep up to date on your automobiles. Who knows, I might just trade in my wife's 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new one. More
