I felt that Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in but I was not as happy with the dealership. We went to the dealership on Saturday afternoon just to see what Tundra's they had and ask some questions. She let us test-drive several of the trucks on their lot that had different options, guided us through determining which features were important to us, and gave us a good price for the one they had available with a few more options so that we didn't have to wait weeks for the assembly of a one that matched exactly what we needed. This all happened at the end of their work day and as soon as we made up our minds, Neta and Ross made sure we got all the documents filled quickly so that we get approved for financing, went through all the documents and signing with Brian and, after hours already but still in that same afternoon and weekend, we got our new truck.
