Sales personnel never spoke down to us, or steered us to buy a vehicle we did not need. As a couple (two women) we have been patronized, ignored and treated with outright disdain at some establishments. The people at Sierra Toyota were genuinely sincere and welcoming. They spoke to us with eye contact, and listened without glancing around or shuffling papers. They presented with personal neatness and fine people skills. It was a breath of fresh air. They have a fine young man in Jason. He watched me drive around the lot for half an hour, then approached me. He conversed with me as opposed to speaking at me about the car I wanted. His youthful manners made me smile as he started and finished the paperwork. He looked proud, not conceited at making the sale. My partner and I always leave Sierra Toyota knowing that a big part of their success from "The Feel Good Corner", to "The Feel Good Block", is customer service, personally and professionally. And hey, they make a decent cup of coffee. More

I looked at one which I thought might be a winner, but after being in that dealer's showroom for about 10 minutes and meeting with a salesperson, I knew that there was no way I would be happy having any association with them. I have been "spoiled" by the excellence of dealing with Toyota Scion in Sierra Vista. Today I bought an SUV there and again, it was a smooth and very pleasant experience.
