Marvin was right there at the door of the dealership at the front desk and was very prompt in assisting me towards the toyota avalon 2004. There was no need to haggle the price down any further....this car is worth every penny! The price they set for it could have been a lot higher! The quality of work that he showed was exquisite. He even called me when they were done with the lender's decision to approve. I was in and out of the dealership quickly and there was no dragging at all....even in the midst of their busy spurt! My wife and I, especially her, have been fighting cancer for over ten years while serving the Lord as missionaries to Mexico. It has started to cost us money in repairs that don't fit our limited retirement budget.We checked Consumer Reports which rated the Corolla as best in its class in all areas. As I finally retired from teaching in February, our retirement income is limited. We ended up with a NO-INTEREST contract from Toyota which fits our budget nicely. What a BLESSING! As soon as I drove up to the dealership, I was greeted by Dave (I feel like we are on first name basis!), a salesman for Toyota. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (I purchased an FJ Cruiser) and even drove to my home to pick up my other car (traded two vehicles). Dave wasn't pushy or demanding. He worked within my limits. The process was seamless. I explained my terms, what car payment I wanted, etc. They met my requirements and I drove away that day! They even offered me a finance rate I couldn't refuse. Everyone, including the finance section, was very helpful. Because I didn't have time to stay there after the purchase, I was able to come back after the weekend and get the vehicle detailed as well. Best service! More
