After questioning Sierra Toyota's business practices, Marvin informed me that Sierra Toyota does not allow people to take cars home and then call them a week later to tell them that they do not qualify for a loan. He informed me that Sierra Toyota does not practice business like the other auto dealership in town which made the buying process so much easier and less stressful. Ross was extremely easy to talk with, very nice and he answered all of my questions, no matter how odd they were. Every time I enter Sierra Toyota all the staff is have courteous and welcoming.
