I have never seen so many great looking used cars( pre owned) as they have at Sierra Toyota. We agreed upon a price and the whole transaction took less than an hour. Picked up the freshly washed and detailed vehicle this afternoon and drove it home. The vehicle looked so good that my friends thought it was a new Explorer, and was even more amazed to learn it was 4 years old. Sounds great, runs great and looks great, what else can you ask for. He was able to answer all of our questions and seemed to go to no end to find us what we were looking for. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Jason Song. He listened to what we were interested in and showed us where the vehicles we wanted to look at were located. We had planned to purchase our new car in about three months. Jason then told us about the Corolla that was in the showroom that he thought we might like. We had been looking at the Camry Hybrid which was larger but he suggested we check it out since it was redesigned and had more room than before. He found the car that we ended up buying. Because of his efforts we didn't wait the three months and purchased it that day. Jason had a test drive with another customer when we returned to test drive the Corolla so he found Carlos Flores who took us out and showed us the features. Carlos then helped us with getting the deal we wanted for the car. After we were ready to sign the finances papers we met Scott Allen who was able to get us a great deal. Scott actually got the payment lower and we got better coverage for our wonderful new Toyota Corolla. We will go back to Sierra Toyota Scion for the next car we get. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and recommend Sierra Toyota Scion to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

He assumed my husband was purchasing the vehicle and directed all his instructions to him (when in fact I was the person who negotiated the entire deal and my husband only came in to sign the paperwork). I feel this is definitely an area the dealership can improve...treat both the husband and wife on equal terms...take the time to understand who is purchasing the vehicle. More
