2nd Purchase At Sierra Toyota 5/7/14- I first purchased my Toyota Tundra in May 2009 and Marvin was my salesman. I had such a wonderful experience that I recommended him to everyon 5/7/14- I first purchased my Toyota Tundra in May 2009 and Marvin was my salesman. I had such a wonderful experience that I recommended him to everyone that was interested in a new vehicle. About a year ago, I started looking to upgrade my truck to something bigger and newer. Six months ago, I went to Marvin and explained what I was looking for and he said he would keep his eye out. Two days ago, I received a call from Marvin saying that he had exactly what I was looking for. I stopped in on my lunch and liked what I saw. Later on, I test drove the vehicle and LOVED it! I requested that I only deal with Marvin because of my excellent experience four years ago. Marvin and his manager Brian both stayed very late past normal working hours to help me. Brian, especially, worked very hard to get the financing within my price range and came through! I don't know how he did it, but I can honestly say he really knows what he's doing and he is simply the best. Marvin made it all happen and he always has a smile on his face and was and is the most honest guy I know. I would recommend Marvin, Brian and Sierra Toyota to anyone, any day. The service is great, prices are fair and I will not go anywhere else. More

Great Truck I had a Buying Service quote for this dealership & a Tucson dealership and I decided to go to the local dealership, although the local dealer was more I had a Buying Service quote for this dealership & a Tucson dealership and I decided to go to the local dealership, although the local dealer was more expensive. I had essentially bought the truck when I walked into the dealership. However, when I got a different quote from Pablo, I never got an explanation of the differences in cost. I did not follow up after the second request for an explanation of the cost differences, as I am not a hard bargainer. The most important thing I asked was not addressed and that impacts customer service and quality of work. In this case it also impacts price, as it was never explained why the price was great. Consequently, my overall experience was good. I can say everyone was very friendly. More
