From the second we walked onto the lot, to the second we pulled off the lot in our brand new RAV, the experience was enjoyable, painless, and all around wonderful! Marvin was our salesman and I cannot say enough about him. His personality, no BS attitude, and openness was extremely relieving and appreciated! Marvin and The Financial Wizard Brian, made this otherwise daunting and anxious process much more relaxing and tolerable. Marvin took his time in explaining every thing and was quick and knowledgeable when I had questions, no matter how ridiculous my question happen to be. He even took time out of his evening (he was long past supper time at home) to introduce us to the service dept (shout out to Carlos) and to the wonderful Mrs. Elsie. New Car Purchase I would have rated excellent except for a couple of glitches. After vehicle came from service department we found a scratch on door panel that had be I would have rated excellent except for a couple of glitches. After vehicle came from service department we found a scratch on door panel that had been covered up with store bought paint and this was not address to us until my wife brought it to their attention and vehicle had to be brought back to repair shop which they repaired defective door like new. This issue should have been corrected prior to sale. Also tire pressure was low on all tires. Working with Brian and Pablo was excellent as always since we dealt with them on all of our 3 new car purchase in the last 2 years. More
