Though we had only intended to browse, he made it so simple to narrow down the options to just a matter of 3 models within minutes! Didn't spend time looking at any other type of vehicle I wasn't interested in, didn't have to look at row after row of vehicles, didn't have to listen to how "great" the next model upgrade would be, no pressure, no convincing. He showed us the truck, gave us all the information, and we were set to go. We literally went in that morning and by the afternoon we were out the door and driving our new vehicle off the lot. When dealing with dealers in the past, there is always that shadowing feeling and the constant pressure of them wanting you "riding in comfort" by upgrading to something not only more expensive but with added features that you may want but really need or may be unrealistic for your use. We have two dogs that we travel with often as well as haul to car shows. Having leather seating with two dogs and heavy, sometimes rough edged cargo was not an option. Never once looked at anything that was outside of our search criteria. Again, just fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sierra Toyota and Marvin Morris to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Not so. Sierra Toyota was fully competetive with the Phoenix dealerships. We negotiated a price and tradein that was agreeable to both sides and we left the dealerhsip with a brand new 2014.5 Toyota Camry Hyrbid LE. I could not speak more highly of sales manager Brian Moldenauer and ESPECIALLY the sales person we worked with, Andres Bracamonte. Knowledgeable, thorough, no deviousness, straight forward, professional while also being genial without being obsequious. A thoroughly professional operation that I would not hestitate to recommend to others. Which is a dynamite recommendation from us, considering we have had some very unpleasant interactions with other car dealers in the past and have a jaded opinion towards car dealers in a general sense. Not so here with Sierra Toyota!!!! More
