For that reason I requested I see him. Pablo is friendly and made me feel that I could trust him and not be taken advantage of so he could sell a car. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions which is very important to me. He was also easy to talk to and very accomodating. He took his time and spent time showing me how to use the functions of the control panel and helped me set up my phone list and stations I listen to. He called me as a follow up to see how things were going which is something I have never had done with previous salesmen. He cares about what he does and shows excellent customer service. I will definetly recommend him to people I know and have already done so. I am excited to finally have my Rav 4 which I have wanted for a couple of years and thanks to him I have one.
