Tacoma I had used the USAA car buying tool, and had received numerous emails/Phone calls from Tucson dealers for models I wasn’t looking for. Not sure what the issue was, but I didn’t receive any response from Sierra Toyota. I checked online and inquired about a newly arrived Tacoma. Ryn immediately responded with the vehicle details- it was exactly what I was looking for, and we closed the deal shortly thereafter. Ryn was great- exceptional knowledge about the vehicle, and also agreed to come in on his regular day off so I could close the deal and take my new Tacoma out on a long weekend! More

Best dealership in Sierra Vista! I had reviewed vehicles in the Sierra Vista area online, and planned a day to visit different dealerships. To my disappointment some dealerships had ads still posted for vehicles that were no longer available! I made it to Sierra Toyota around 5pm, walked inside and was greeted. I asked to see a salesperson about the Jeep I had seen online (and that they had in the lot), and the rest is history. Carlos Flores helped with everything from start to finish, from the test drive, trade-in, and sale. He answered every question honestly, gave great advice on the Jeep. I knew what I was looking for, and Carlos never tried to hassle or push in any way. I would immediately recommend the Sierra Toyota dealership to my friends and anyone else looking for a vehicle in the area. More

This is a Quality Dealership. I used the internet to find the specific Tundra model I wanted. I also used Dealer Rater to help with dealer selection. I was willing drive some distance to get the Tundra I wanted for the right price from a quality dealer. Fortunately Sierra Toyota matched my requirements. Carlos and Julie were very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. There were no high pressure up selling, unwanted dealer add-ons or hidden fees. The only additional fee was for dealer documentation at $399. Overall my experience with Sierra Toyota was excellent. It was definitely worth the drive from Tucson! More
