The service department is making sure that all of their staff is properly trained and covers everything that is needed in caring for everyone's vehicle. Tanya is Awesome, she is very attentive to what n staff is properly trained and covers everything that is needed in caring for everyone's vehicle. Marvin was very good. However, communication with him was very difficult. First, his name was not on the option for the service advisor list when I tried to call the offic However, communication with him was very difficult. First, his name was not on the option for the service advisor list when I tried to call the office number. Second, every time I called or text him on his number written in his card, I don't receive any call or replied on time. Having said that, since it's my first time in your car service center it's not fair to judge your service in general. I just based it in my experienced as a first timer. More
