The sales people were great. The sales manager really helped me out. However, the finance department is terrible. I asked for a change 2 days after I leased a car. They could have called me in to sign new documents. They did not. My monthly payment should be lower than it is. I called back got the same person Andy in finance and he said someone would contact me. No one has contacted me. Finance does not follow up and they don't seem to care. I can recommend the sales department but unfortunately you will have to work with finance. It's better not to deal with them if you have to work with finance. More
